The house for the cook! This charming jewel tucked in Arroyo hillsides received one full indoor and outdoor kitchen expansion and upgrade fit for a chef and her many guests. Soothing paint, upgraded built-ins, reupholstered furniture, and ample pantry storage were the complementing touches that made it all feel bright and new. This project was completed during my tenure at James V. Coane & Associates.
